“Glooby” is the adjective form of the noun “gloob”, which can be a liquid similar to cheap glue. Glooby is a bastardised portmanteau of 'goopy' and 'gloomy', while also an antonym to 'groovy'. This means that Glooby is a state of being that many would consider “not cool” such as, bouts of seasonal depression, anxiety, dropping of a public facade, like a TV host who is happy on camera, but is always in a shitty mood in almost every other situation.
