A Himi (pronounced HIGHME) is a very lazy and incompetent person who always makes mistakes and tries to get out of work. Often a himi will make everything worse, but will be too foolish to realize their own lack of skill and will demand praise. In general a himi is the worst worker you can have. The term has unknown origins but originates from the chicago land area
