DLFTA: Disguised Like Fluff, Turns into Arceus

A DLFTA is someone who shows up looking serious and professional — usually armed with a laptop — but within five minutes you realize they’ve secretly been a chaotic genius the whole time. DLFTA-types are the kind of people who say “just a quick update” and then proceed to blow your mind with wild ideas, perfect sarcasm, and probably a reference to Pokémon or conspiracy theories involving Tupperware lids.

They’re often found lurking in tech teams, innovation squads, or anywhere free coffee is available. Known for low-key brilliance, unexpected jokes, and being just mysterious enough that you never really know what they’re up to. Until it’s done. And it’s amazing.
