Definition: Tasleek (noun): A fake reaction given to someone with either exaggerated silliness or dead-cold boredom. It's used to shut down a conversation or make someone realize you're not interested — without saying it directly. Tasleek usually comes in two styles: Cold Tasleek: Dry, flat replies like “cool.” or “ok.” said with no emotion. Silly Tasleek: Overhyped sarcastic responses like “WOOOOW! Amazing!” said in a bored or mocking tone, like talking to a little kid.
