The act of inserting ice into one’s butthole before taking a poop. It may be done on a hot day, in which one shoves a few ice cubes up their hole to cool their butt down after a long day before taking a poo, or just for general enjoyment where one enjoys excruciatingly cold objects within their places. Another way is if one has consumed spicy/hot food and knows that the poo they’ll inevitably take will burn, so is done to prevent the pain caused. There are not too many specifications to perform one correctly, only needing to place ice up your rectum before defecating into a toilet.
