Slang for referring to a trans woman’s hormonal cycle, it’s similar to PMSing, but not quite, because the emotional instability and hormone flux is triggered by injections rather than ovaries. Often resulting in a basic flux in weekly hormone levels between injections, as well as small metabolic differences that cause “off days.” In other words, micro-variations in HRT that cause PMS adjacent symptoms in trans women too.
