A term used to describe the petulant set of behaviors that an adolescent cat named Filbert (or Filiberto) engages in when prompted by a stimulus that does not cause otherwise “normal” cats to frenzy. The petulant set of behaviors includes, but is not limited to: running atop of furniture and setting it haphazardly askew, pouncing on top of multiple cats (within a shared domicile) at the same time, and breaking up to 2 or more wine glasses.
