Pallorist (noun) Definition: A person who expresses or holds discriminatory views toward white individuals, often assuming negative intent, superiority, or collective guilt based solely on skin color. Manifestations may include: Assuming that when a white person voices concerns about the safety or future of their ethnic group, they must be doing so from a place of racial supremacy. Preemptively dismissing the experiences or emotions of white individuals due to assumptions about their “privilege.” Assuming white people are inherently incapable of empathizing with marginalized groups because of perceived social advantages. Denying that white populations can be targets of hatred, violence, or even genocidal intent. Believing that white individuals collectively deserve misfortune as a form of historical retribution for colonialism or slavery. Attributing sole or primary responsibility for historical oppression to people with pale skin.
