"Julia" refers to a person (typically a gen-z) who is perceived to have little to no workplace etiquette or skills and demonstrates many of the following behaviors; - not logging in at a reasonable time - not showing up to meetings - not going to the office when required - cancelling or moving meetings very last minute - unresponsive to emails - difficult to track down or get ahold of - thinks everything is a joke - seems to generally lack work ethic - does not send status updates on tasking - acts entitled - does not pull weight on the team - inconsistent work hours - no attention to detail - acts like a senior employee but performs at entry level - takes unnecessary personal calls during work meetings
