A political philosophy advocating highly cooperative, decentralized, mutual-aid communities in which individual identity is preserved but subordinated to collective well-being, without centralized authoritarian control. From socialism: implying collective ownership or management of resources for the good of the whole, rather than competitive, individual accumulation. From eusocial: implying extreme, structured cooperation where the needs of the group are paramount, but individuals retain some roles and freedom.
