The overarching category of attraction based on the gendered attributes of the object of desire, including but not limited to androphilia, gynephilia, and attraction toward non-binary or gender-diverse individuals. Any pattern of attraction where the object of desire is selected based on the target’s gender — regardless of the subject's own biological sex. "Fýlo" (φύλο) = sex / gender (in modern Greek) "-philia" = love or attraction. Basically the umbrella term of Androphilic, Gynephilic, Skoliophilic and other terminologies that represent attraction based on gender rather than sex. (Fylophilic)
