The "Employee Black Ball Database" (EBBDB) is a secretive list of employees that should be "blackballed" and never hired. Purported "offenses" are not public record and cannot be challenged - it could be anything from corporate espionage that the company wants to keep under the radar, complicity in ransomware attacks, to minor policy infractions or even perceived slights and personal vendettas. It could be used for violating peoples protected activities: union-busting, labeling "anti-establishment personality", or how I found out about them - stamping down on the "overemployed" movement. The owners hide behind shell companies. They can somehow links jobs in unrelated industries without TWN.
