A substance used to serve as a way to dilute product that had otherwise been pure or close to it. This is done for strategic purpose; -making it nonlethal and/or enjoyable -extending product volume, increasing consumption capacity - enhancing or prolonging effects. Unfortunately some individuals only do so to be greedy, adding cut that is just dangerous or lethal in some cases (crushed glass or glass powder, fetynal, drywall, drain cleaner, etc.)

Much “bad” product arises when dilution occurs repeatedly through the supply chain. Some suppliers dilute pre-cut products unknowingly, while others do so despite awareness—driven by profit margins.

Fortunately, a natural consequence for excessive dilution created a self containement effect. Consumers quickly identify and avoid suppliers who compromise quality beyond acceptable thresholds.

Alternatively:
