A state of mind where someone becomes obsessed with European culture, romanticizing its public transit, healthcare, architecture, and café culture. Symptoms include ranting about suburban sprawl, idealizing high-speed trains, and saying "In Europe, they would never..." at least twice a day. Depending on context, it can be used positively (admiring Europe's advantages) or as an eye-roll (seeing it as an overly idealized or naive perspective).
