Gentrified location that is kind of a solid vibe. Coffee shop, wine bar, study/work space that pops up and that you are super into but you know a few low income individuals were forced out in order for that vibe to be achieved. You kind of feel bad for going to it but also it's post pandemic and all of the seats are full so you're into it.
