A status achieved by having the sum of your maximum lift on bench press, squat, and deadlift equal to or greater than 1000 pounds. This status means you are starting to become "strong" relative to other powerlifters. The aforementioned is especially true for taller powerlifters who must lift the weight further distances than shorter powerlifters, and who have a mechanical disadvantage due to the fact that the fulcrum is further away from the moment arm in every joint in their body. I joined the 1000 pound club after four years of powerlifting.
