A para pinga is a person who is exceptionally attractive to an observer who experiences a level of sexual arousal that is immediately gratifying in its effects (such as an erection in the case of a man or a swelling of the vulva in the case of a woman). It is a term shared amongst peers but not necessarily to the person who caused such a reaction.
