The term 'chutpagal' or in more commonly said to as 'chutpaglu' may refer to a person who shows extreme love or lust to attain the sexual fulfilment. This affection for females(say: intercourse) may lead a person to do things out of their normal behaviour such as being pick me or too nice to a woman/girl. However, it should not be confused with Hizruboi which holds a different meaning.
