When someone's looks or face turn you on so much that it leads you to masturbate. To note, it doesn't necessarily mean the person is good looking but more that their face really awakens sexual arousal which is sometimes possible even if they are not generally seen as beautiful or handsome or if the features of the face that you find attractive are not generally thought to be conventionally beautiful (such as bug eyes, wrinkles, big teeth or horse face etc). Also sometimes written as one word, "facemeat"
