A term used when someone sends you a pissing audio online. Commonly used in the context of e-dating. Derives from the actions of singer & songwriter R. Kelly, who was convicted of racketeering and the sexual abuse of minors. One of R. Kelly's most infamous cases of abuse included him urinating on an underaged girl.
