Marcelo Valle Silveira Mello, also known by various nicknames such as Psycl0n, Psytoré, Batoré, and Ash Ketchum, is a Brazilian hacker and cybercriminal. He gained notoriety for crimes including racism, terrorist threats, distributing child pornography, and inciting violence against various groups, such as Black people, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, Northeastern Brazilians, and Jews. His criminal activities extended to planning the murder of students at the University of Brasília (UnB). Marcelo was the first person in Brazil to be convicted of racism on the internet in 2009. He has been incarcerated since 2018 and is currently serving a 41-year, 6-month, and 20-day prison sentence for his online offenses.
