Nature's Ritalin is Khat. You extract 100g Khat leaves with 500ml Hydrogen oxide (H2O, Water) and 0.5ml of Muriatic Acid (30% HCl Acid). This is the REAL way to extract it. You leave it for 3 to 6 hours, then maybe blend it [in the blender]. Each 100g contains 100mg to 350mg of Cathinone, 100ml Cathine, and 50mg of Norephedrine. If you pick the leaves from the Khat tree and it stays there for 2 days (48 hours), then Cathinone all turns into Cathine and Norephedrine. Khat is awesome.
