1) Highest level of the Mile High Club that one can achieve. To have sex with the pilot in an aircraft at least 1 mile high above the ground. The pilot having sex becomes a Mile High Club Host, and the other individual becomes a Mile High Club VIP (Very Important Passenger). 2) If a Pilot and Co-Pilot have sex, they both become Mile High Club Hosts. If a passenger has sex with a flight attendant, they both become Mile High Club VIPs.
