A shortened way of saying, "You may only speak to me when I give you direct permission to do so." This phrase is usually only most effective if the user is of higher authority than the targeted person. Otherwise, the targeted person could respond with "I didn't either" in which both persons should halt speaking with each other as continuing on would be immature.
