Vitamin C is ascorbic acid and ascorbate found in oranges and other citrus fruits. It's very important. Without Vitamin C, you get scurvy. Vitamin C is also code for Caffeine (Coffee, Monster energy drinks, Celsius energy drinks, Arizona energy drinks, Venom energy drinks, Coca Cola, Pepsi). Vitamin C is used by high schoolers and college students everywhere. Vitamin C is also code for Concerta (Methylphenidate. D-Methylphenidate + L Methylphenidate.). Concerta is used by many college students to help them study, and it's stronger than Caffeine. Concerta can also be taken with a few beers (Ethanol) or shots of vodka (Ethanol) and the L-Methylphenidate turns into L-Ethylphenidate, which is a little more Dopaminergic and less heavy on Norepinephrine, and the Ethanol boosts levels of D-Methylphenidate in the brain. 20mg of Ritalin is equivalent to 72mg of Concerta.
