Women in developed countries have ceased to be dependent on men. They are not economically forced to procreate degenerate traits anymore, and became selective. This has created a sexual vacuum for men with traits unacceptable in respectful relationships, such as viewing women as submissive sexual objects, easy targets for abuse, or decoration.

These leftover men now end up as prey for women from disadvantaged areas. Often forced to choose between marrying an alcoholic and poverty, these women will do anything to escape and see a gullible Western man as a ticket out. They thus wear sexually aggressive clothing, heavy perfume/makeup, platinum-blonde hair, and act promiscuous, submissive, or stupid — things women otherwise avoid out of self-respect or to not be mistaken for a prostitute. Passport Bros, starved for intercourse, feel a strong ego boost when such a woman approaches them, mistaking sexually manipulative behaviour for "being feminine."

This strategy tends to be successful. Passport Bro, knowing the truth deep down, resorts to ego-protective cope for why he failed to find a girl at home, such as "Western women have extraordinary demands" (like being taken seriously) or that women from wealthy countries are gold diggers (ignoring warning signs that his EE girlfriend is just that). He will spend much of his life with "multicultural challenges" - shallow conversations with a foreign-language wife, families unable to communicate, or his stepmother's borscht.
