Freeuse refers to an item, tool, person or resource that is available for anyone to utilize freely without needing to seek permission or authorization from any entity or individual. The fundamental principle behind freeuse is that the object or person is openly accessible and indifferent to its usage status, meaning it can be picked up, fucked and employed by anyone at any time, regardless of whether it is currently in use or not and irrespective of what it is currently doing. This concept emphasizes the absence of ownership barriers and the seamless accessibility of the item for communal benefit.
