Reverse of a Hotdog, where a thin breadstick is placed in a sliced open salami, wide enough to be considered a hotdog bun. Usually significantly more expensive than a Hotdog, as you can't get a cheap hotdog wiener that big. Very nice if you like more wiener and less buns.
