Swedish roll is referring to the sexual act of defecating on one’s chest, this may appeal to people who are getting bored in a relationship and running out of options to keep the ball rolling. This act can be played out at any point during sexual liaisons, once you have shat on the chest (or been shat on) you begin to roll it along the chest as if your making a pastry roll. It is suggested that the chest shitter has had a decent amount of fibre leading up to the event ( helpful for the rolling process).
