It’s a way to discuss how to redefine winning together. It seems like we have some teamitis going on, so let's work together to find ways to improve our efficiency. I’m convinced that team has a case of teamitis; no-one is happy there, people are leaving, and the leader needs to re-think how they work together in order to make it easier for everyone.
