Vitamin P is code for Propylhexedrine. Vitamin P is usually Propylhexedrine Acetate, Propylhexedrine Citrate, or Propylhexedrine HCl and it's usually prepared from Propylhexedrine freebase by acid-base reaction to turn the freebase secondary amine into a water soluble salt to drink.
