Originally found in Snoop Dogg’s song “Gz and Hustlas”, the term became popular in the Akron, Ohio in the mid to late 90’s. The term was and still is used as an exit phrase in the greater Akron region when leaving a group or function. One throws in a dip (chewing tobacco), skips to their car, and flips off (gestures with their middle finger) said group they just left.
