It is similar to saying bro, bru, bruh, though with a nasty twist. It is saying "bro bunny." This is nasty because it is referring to how they always are falling for the trap just for some carrot. This means they are always talking to you or needing something from you. Though, brue can be sweet, "bro bunny" like "you're a bunny." The person needs to kind of guess what meaning you're trying to show. This is what you can call your friends, or partner. It is only for someone who is somewhat close to you.
