"Kamibud" is a nickname I created by combining two words: "Kami" and "Bud". "Kami" is derived from "Kamikaze", which is a Japanese term that originally referred to the divine winds that protected Japan from invading fleets. In modern times, it's often used to describe someone who takes bold, risky, or reckless actions. "Bud" is a friendly term used to address a friend or a close acquaintance, similar to "buddy". So, "Kamibud" essentially means a friendly or close friend ("Bud") who has a bold, daring, or slightly reckless side ("Kami"). It's a nickname that captures the idea of someone who's a great friend but also has a bit of a wild streak, especially when it comes to activities like longboarding!
