Can also be Some one who tries to give expert advice on any topic you bring up but in actuality doesn’t know what they are talking about Can also be Some who you think has domain knowledge, you ask for their “expert” opinion, they give it and you have a very important decision that bombs, because they were idiots in the first place and instead of saying they did t know gave you wrong advice.
