From Albanian: Signifies illegitimacy and inability. From "kot" which means lame, useless, or serving no purpose and "biskotë" which means cookie. For instance, A young child playing hide and seek with older siblings is kotabiskota, because they cannot actually play competitively. The purpose is to obscure the designation "kot" from the young child playing by rhyming it with "biskotë". Shqip: Tregon paaftesi apo mungese legjitimiteti. Pse s'i ke qejf biskotat ti?
