A variation of a man bun or male hair updo, but the ends have sprung up and outward like a small water sprinkler. So it could also be called a Sprinkler. The term "Fraggle" is based on Jim Henson's "Fraggle Rock", formerly on HBO, referring to those cute little Muppet characters called Fraggles. The hairdo would obviously look cute on a girl or young woman. But on a guy? ... Utterly cringe worthy!
