Medium hungry is a state of soul and body where you don't have to eat but crave food so much that you would risk anything for a bite. One is the most susceptible to medium hungriness between meals, especially after midnight. The aroma of home food (especially East Asian food), any satisfying pastry-making videos on social media, or even the slightest smell of melted cheese on a toast can make you vulnerable to medium hungriness.
