A portmanteau combining chivalry and rizz. Chivalry is a code of conduct from knights of the Middle Ages, but in modern use refers to men showing courteous behavior toward women. A chivalric man is polite, honest, fair, and kind toward women. Rizz is style, charm, or attractiveness; the ability to attract a romantic or sexual partner. Chivilrizz refers to courteous behavior directed at a woman that has the effect of creating attractiveness.
