This phenomenon is similar to a sonic boom in that it produces a sudden and intense burst of sound. However, rather than being caused by the shock waves generated by an object traveling faster than the speed of sound, it is produced by a specific type of sound wave known as a sine wave. Sine waves are characterized by their smooth, repetitive oscillations and are commonly used in a variety of applications, including audio processing and signal analysis.
