Unlike many goals which require single-handed changes such as a change to a diet, water intake, or so forth, a goal mine will require many stages and subgoals to achieve it. These are typically goals that require training, practice, or long-term work. For one to hit this goal, they have to mine around it in different ways. For one who wants to run a marathon for example, they might have to change their diet, their water intake, their coffee intake, their outfits, their endurance, how they breath, their shoes, and so much more.
