Hassoul is a maghreb originated word referring to a bad genital hygiene. This word is specifically used against woman when their little hole smells like the Hulk's feet, or like a dead rat cock. This word is extremely vulgar in the maghreb and you should expect really violent reactions if you use it, especially with family members as it refers directly to bad smelling in the entire room and the urge to open the windows.
