A Dumugian is a person who spams a lot on the internet and doesn't know how to read the room in a social situation. The Dumugians become obsessed with a subject or a person and they'll spam all over the internet or stalk the person. A dumugian will also mass tag people or spam posts on social media, arguing with people in a way that makes no sense. Another aspect of a dumugian is stalking and harassing people or naming random people as if everyone should know who they are.
