A 15 paragraph long love confession someone writes to their best friend written in their notes app which ends the best friend rejecting them. However, this rejection further strengthens the friendship and turns into some sort of inside joke. When one says they've been "15 paragraphed", they mean they've confessed their feelings to someone in a very grandiose manner, yet subsequently got rejected.
