MEIKO (メイコ) is a VOCALOID (ボカロイド) voicebank developed by Yamaha for the first version of their engine. She was also the first Japanese VOCALOID (The fourth VOCALOID, following LEON, LOLA, and MIRIAM) Crypton Future Media handled the release and thus have the rights to her voicebank. They gave her a VOCALOID 3 voice bank that comes with 6 versions of her voice; Original, Power, Straight, Dark, Whisper, and English. She has a deeper pitched feminine voice that can sound higher pitched when needed.
