Having a gender identity that agrees with one's birth-assigned sex; synonymous with cisgender. Its antonym is heterogender, which is synonymous with transgender. From the Greek prefix homo-, meaning "same", and gender. Coined as an alternative to "cisgender" since some homogender people object to the term. It remains to be seen whether this term will be accepted.
