Baby humans naturally need milk for growing. When this milk is provided on tap via the mother's teet. When the baby attaches it's (toothless) mouth to the female nipple like it was the Tootsie Pop owl, the nerve endings on mom's boob positively react to the sucking sensation in a weird but pleasurable way by producing lactose (breast milk). This happens because the mother likes how it feels and because it's feels weirdly sexual, her brain tells her that her baby needs this milk to live and it's totally normal. This contradictory feeling leaves the mother feeling lacticuos. When something is weird but normal (oftentimes metaphorically).
