An Iranian Teabag is when an individual (receiver) lays on a flat surface (sometimes forcefully retrained) and their nose is plugged by the hand of the individual (initiator) performing the act. When the receiver opens their mouth to gasp for air, the Iranian Teabag initiator inserts their nut sack into the mouth of the receiver. The receiver's sudden gasp for air is interrupted by the nut sack, which has been dipped into their mouth by the initiator like a classic teabag sex act.
