Someone who has so much confidence they become delusional into thinking that everyone loves, and supports them for their horrible opinions, and embarrassing decisions. A lot of confidence is good, but too much can change you as a person badly. A majority of Confidence queens are either wiredos who are obsessed with anime and have no social skills. Making them not embarrassed by anything. Or popular people who are way to full of themselves. Too the point they become delusional into thinking that everything they said or done will not affect their futures.
