A rare variety of TF2 player who spends the most time playing the Medic class, whether out of necessity or voluntarily. Medic mains are either very kind, very chill or a whiny dunce who blames all of their deaths on their teammates. A Medic Main is not to be confused with a Medic Girlfriend, though the two aren't mutually exclusive.
